The Road Fund is managed by the following organs:

the Managementt Committee

the Administrator

Besides the organs mentioned above, the Road Fund comprises three (3) divisions:

The Technical Expertise Division (DET)

The Administration and Finance Division (DAF)

The Control of Operations Division (DCO).

The staff of the Road Fund should not, in any case whatsoever, be either a salaried worker or benefit from a remuneration of any form whatsoever or have a direct or indirect interest in a company falling under the road maintenance sector in Cameroon.

Conflicts between the staff mentioned above and the Road Fund fall under the jurisdiction of ordinary courts.

In any case, the total staff strength of the Road Fund cannot exceed twenty-five (25) employees.
