Missions des ordonnateurs

Chaque ordonnateur est chargé, dans le cadre de son secteur d’activité et en conformité avec les dispositions des articles 13 et 18 du présent décret, notamment :

De l’étude et de l’élaboration des programmes annuels et pluriannuels des travaux et prestations bénéficiant du concours financier du Fonds ;
De l’évaluation financière des programmes en vue de l’inscription au budget de dépenses correspondantes ;
De la passation des marchés, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur ;
Du suivi de l’exécution et de la réception des travaux et des prestations ;
De l’ordonnancement des dépenses.

The Ministry of Public Works

It intervenes within the framework of maintenance works of the classified interurban heritage; equipment and maintenance works on priority rural roads; the routine maintenance expenses of fixed and mobile installations necessary for the protection of the public road domain; studies and control of works within its competence.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MINHDU)

It intervenes within the framework of the maintenance works of the urban roads of the cities of more than 100,000 inhabitants and those sheltering the provincial capitals including the expenses relating to the studies and controls of the aforementioned works.
